Job Description
Title: Sign Language Interpreter

Our client is a leading commercial bank in Cambodia committed to delivering innovative banking services. They are seeking a Sign Language Interpreter to enhance communication and support inclusivity within their team and for their clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide sign language interpretation during training and development.
- Assist in production coaching with sign language interpretation.
- Design training curriculum for Project Echo new hires.
- Mentor and guide Project Echo team members.
- Conduct sensitization training for Wing Staff as needed.
- Monitor quality and productivity for the Project Echo team.
- Support continuous improvement of customer experience through coaching.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in a related field.
- 12 years of experience working with speech/hearingimpaired individuals and fluency in Cambodian Sign Language.
- Strong analytical skills and sound judgment.
- Effective communication with other departments.
- Proficiency in English (preferable).
- Ability to motivate mentor and engage team members.
