As part of the Security Infrastructure Solutions Team you will manage L2 and L3 tickets primarily for Zscaler while contributing to the development operation and enhancement of IT security services.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management (Internal Users):
- Deliver exceptional customer support with a highly customeroriented mindset.
- Communicate technical information clearly and effectively.
- Provide advice and assistance for planning and executing virtual events.
Business Management:
- Manage and operate ZIA and other IT securityrelated services.
- Develop strategies to improve platform performance and stability.
- Design and implement automation strategies for team processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse and integrate new features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents user issues and initiate bug fixes.
- Maintain technical documentation including architecture and security parameters.
- Evaluate and procure security systems and tools while applying best practices.
Regulatory Responsibilities:
- Uphold values of honesty integrity due diligence and fair dealing.
- Manage risks and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Required Skills

- Minimum 5 years of technical customerfocused experience.

- Handson Windows and Linux administration skills.
