Corporate Title: Junior Officer
Work Arrangement: Hybrid


Our Digital Products and Channels Team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati in the role of Junior Operations Associate (Card Operations).

In this role you will reconcile debit card production and delivery daily address customer complaints and inquiries related to KOMO app onboarding account opening card deliveries and address changes. You will also help define and optimize business processes conduct research and implement workflows and procedure changes in collaboration with crossfunctional teams.

What the role will entail

  • Reconcile daily embossing file count with waybill order (3rd party system).
  • Update card inventory and initiate PO preparation if card levels are below reorder point.
  • Maintain trackers and worksheets as proof of reconciliation and data for dashboards and analysis.
  • Resolve escalated issues from CCG addressing EWRB Recon Verifier or CLC Card Delivery/RTS concerns.
  • Update waybill data on courier portal for address change requests if parcels are in transit.
  • Monitor ageing applications in the Komo backoffice portal log in tracker and send reminders to clients to prevent autodecline after 30 days.


What were looking for

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Accounting or related field preferred.
  • 12 years of experience in branch banking operations or customer service with knowledge of account opening and banking transactions.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced startup environment manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problemsolving skills sound judgment attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Organized and structured to manage workload effectively and handle multiple projects with shifting priorities.
  • Good written and oral communication skills
