Job Description:
Excellent educational background preference given to those with experience in human resources administration or secretary management. Chinese speakers oral and written (any nationality except Chinese)
Job Responsibilities:
- Have a deep understanding of business department work quickly grasp key points and effectively assist management in advancing business managementrelated tasks;
- Quickly grasp and accurately understand departmental strategic directions assist executives in cascading strategies to departments and supervise their execution (nonessential);
- Supervise and follow up on company key projects and departmental plans ensuring effective implementation of key projects and departmental plans (nonessential)
- Execute executive directives assist executives in drafting relevant documents strong ability in using PowerPoint;
- Accurately identify departmental management innovation needs and propose rational suggestions or solutions;
- Record and summarize important company meetings;
- Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.
Job Requirements:
- 1 year or more work experience executive assistant experience preferred
- Clear thinking strong logical reasoning strong information search ability and learning and analysis skills;
- Good writing skills strong organizational coordination and communication skills proficient in Office software such as Word PowerPoint Excel;
- The company will focus on training for future key management positions therefore requires proactive initiative strong ability to handle pressure and entrepreneurial spirit.
