Our KOMO Team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati in the role of Senior Software Engineer Fullstack.
In this role you will be responsible for architecting designing and developing highquality applications that align with business goals and user needs. You will be working across the entire technology stack from frontend interfaces to backend services and database management while collaborating with crossfunctional teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions.

What the role will entail
- Develop test and maintain frontend and backend applications following security and industry standards.
- Review code identify bugs and implement fixes to improve software quality.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (UI/UX product managers business analysts engineers) to deliver highquality solutions.
- Design and maintain software architecture for scalability and performance.
- Mentor junior developers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Write and maintain technical documentation for applications and systems.
- Develop and execute tests to ensure reliability and performance.
- Plan and manage development tasks to meet project deadlines and scope.
- Ensure software applications are secure and comply with industry standards and regulations.
What were looking for
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer or equivalent.
- Experience in banking or fintech is a plus.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban).
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Node.js React.js or C#.
- Experience with Flutter or React is advantageous.
- Familiarity with NoSQL and MongoDB databases.
- Handson experience in developing microservices.
- Knowledge of best coding practices and security standards.
- Basic project management skills.
- Adaptable and eager to learn new technologies.
