at least 5 8 years in implementation roles.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead implementation department through systematic assessment of clients requirements and data planning implementation steps/phases and timeline in detail as per decided scope.
Ensure smooth timely and quality implementation and customer onboarding by recognizing and proactively mitigating risks removing roadblocks and strategizing for contingencies.
Through technical teams advise clients on data migration system integrations and any technical customization needs.
Establish sops standards/tats quality and health checks for implementations and coordinate with internal and client teams to ensure smooth project delivery as established.
Collect and report on clients feedback on the implementation phase for continuous improvement for advising the development team on any product issues or enhancement opportunities.
Stay up to date on product knowledge technical specs product lines and versions workarounds and actively participate in ongoing development cycles by testing and submitting UATs
Develop submit and pursue clear and compatible CRFs and requirement specifications identifying needs for enhancements and customizations as experienced in the implementation process.
Build mentor and develop an implementation team to ensure that the product is always smoothly and fully adopted at the client end
Establish clear and thorough documentation of the implementation process project milestones and client communications following the scope timelines and contract budgets
Job Qualification:
Bachelors Degree (minimum requirement)
Masters Degree (preferred)
MBA (only with a technical bachelors degree)
