Job Description
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree in Engineering (Licensed)
- Proficiency in managerial communication skills
- External: Well versed on dealing with vendors
- Internal: Management teams and Executive Staffs All levels in the organization; other companys sites
- More than 510 years in same/related field
- Plans schedules supervises and monitors activities and work assignments of subordinates to maximize manpower utilization
- Assists the Senior Manager in the supervision maintenance and implementation of extensive monitoring programs on environmental sanitation to attain plant and government standards
