MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT SPECIALIST Location: Lisbon Portugal
Position Overview: We are currently seeking bilingual Mental Health Support Specialists to join our team in Lisbon. This role focuses on providing professional support services to our international client base.
Position Details: Location: Lisbon (OnSite) Schedule: Monday Friday 09:00 17:00 Compensation: 1100 (14 monthly payments) Start Date: January 13 2025
Required Languages:
- French (C1 Level)
- English (C1 Level)
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming support requests
- Conduct initial client assessments
- Provide crisis intervention support
- Document client interactions accurately
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals
- Maintain confidential client records
- Ensure quality service delivery
- Follow established protocols and procedures
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in relevant field
- Proven C1 proficiency in French and English
- Previous experience in mental health support
- Strong communication skills
- Professional demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Experience with support systems
