Multilingual Customer Service Officer (French / Dutch / German) Braga Portugal
Are you looking for an exciting career opportunity with an international company in Braga We are seeking a talented Multilingual Customer Service Officer fluent in French Dutch and German to join our growing team. Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide topnotch customer support in French Dutch and German through various communication channels (phone email chat).
- Resolve customer inquiries complaints and issues with professionalism and efficiency ensuring a seamless experience for each customer.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and deliver effective solutions to customer challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and followup on any open cases to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to improving customer service processes by providing valuable feedback based on customer interactions.
- Be the goto expert for all customer queries providing timely clear and helpful information.
Who You Are:
- Language Skills: Youre fluent in French Dutch and German (written and spoken). Proficiency in English is also required for internal communication.
- Experience: While previous experience in customer service or a call center is beneficial its not required. A passion for helping customers and a willingness to learn are key!
- CustomerOriented: You have a positive attitude and the ability to think on your feet offering solutions to customer challenges with empathy and professionalism.
- TechSavvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and various communication platforms to assist customers effectively.
- Based in Braga Portugal: This position is only open to candidates who are already based in Braga or willing to relocate independently as relocation support is not available for this role.
