We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our clients innovative team. A leading network of community development financial institutions (CDFIs) empowers underserved communities by expanding access to capital and financial services. They drive economic justice through training advocacy and support for initiatives that promote sustainable growth and social impact. In this role you will provide highlevel administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. You will manage daily tasks coordinate schedules and assist in streamlining processes to contribute to the teams success.
Manage calendars schedule meetings and coordinate appointments for team members and leadership.
Prepare edit and distribute correspondence reports and presentations.
Organize and maintain physical and electronic files to ensure accurate and efficient recordkeeping.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
Order and maintain office supplies ensuring the office is stocked and operational.
Coordinate logistics for events conferences and meetings including catering and venue arrangements.
Act as a liaison between departments and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.
Screen and route phone calls emails and other correspondence appropriately.
Assist with onboarding new employees including setting up workspaces and providing necessary materials.
Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
Conduct research and compile data for reports and decisionmaking purposes.
Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending tasks to ensure timely completion.
High school diploma or equivalent; an associates or bachelors degree is preferred.
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High level of professionalism discretion and confidentiality.
Detailoriented with the ability to work independently and in a team.
