Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Travel Coordinator to join our team. The Travel Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of travel arrangements for employees and clients. This role requires excellent communication skills a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience in travel coordination and a deep understanding of travel logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate travel arrangements for employees and clients including booking flights accommodations transportation and other travel needs.

Research and identify the best travel options considering budget constraints and travel preferences.

Communicate with employees and clients to confirm travel details and provide necessary information.

Manage travel itineraries and ensure all travel arrangements are in line with company policies and guidelines.

Handle any travelrelated issues or changes that may arise during a trip providing timely and effective solutions.

Maintain accurate records of travel expenses and invoices and prepare detailed reports as needed.

Collaborate with other departments to coordinate group travel and ensure smooth travel experiences for teams.

Stay updated on travel industry trends new destinations and travel regulations to provide relevant recommendations and advice.

Assist with visa applications passport renewals and other travel documentation as required.

Provide exceptional customer service and support to travelers addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.


Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or related field preferred.

Proven experience as a Travel Coordinator or similar role in a corporate setting.

Strong knowledge of travel booking systems and online travel tools.

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

Exceptional organizational and timemanagement abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when needed.
