Our client a leading provider of high purity process piping systems is seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution of mechanical and process piping projects.
Project Manager Job Responsibilities
- Prepare project proposals and estimates
- Direct resources and personnel within the project
- Handle contract administration and documentation
- Coordinate the buyout of subcontractors equipment and materials
- Track labor productivity
- Develop project schedules
- Monitor project budget and provide cost projections
- Foster strong customer relations and contribute to business development
- Provide leadership in promoting a project safety culture
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
Qualifications
- College degree preferably in Construction Engineering Management Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the mechanical and/or process piping industry
