Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Electrical Technician/Foreman with expertise in panel building and quantity surveying to join their team in Djibouti Africa. The ideal candidate will be skilled in both technical assembly and the management of project costs and timelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and test electrical panels in line with project specifications.
  • Conduct quantity surveying to accurately estimate project costs and manage budgets.
  • Supervise onsite activities ensuring that work is completed according to quality standards and timelines.
  • Collaborate with clients contractors and other stakeholders to ensure that project goals are met.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • TS degree or Bachelors degree in Electricity or related field with 45 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in quantity surveying and panel building is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems panel design and assembly processes.
  • Proficiency with electrical design software (e.g. AutoCAD Revit).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
