Position: Product Team Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Team Director to join our clients growing team. The Product Team Director will be responsible for leading and managing our clients product team which includes product managers designers and developers. This individual will play a critical role in driving the development and execution of our product strategy ensuring that our products meet the needs of our clients and align with our company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead manage and mentor a team of product managers designers and developers
Develop and execute product strategy including defining product vision roadmap and goals
Work closely with crossfunctional teams including sales marketing and operations to understand client needs and market trends
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new product opportunities and drive product innovation
Collaborate with the development team to prioritize and manage the product backlog
Ensure timely and highquality delivery of products meeting all project milestones and deadlines
Monitor and analyze product performance metrics and make datadriven decisions to improve product offerings
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including clients partners and vendors
Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our product offerings
Manage product budget and resources effectively to maximize ROI
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
7 years of experience in product management with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products
Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
Experience working in the recruitment or staffing industry is a plus
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
