Job Description
Responsibilities
MACHINE OPERATORS Night Shift (7:00PM7:00AM) and Day Shift (7:00AM7:00PM)
Work just 15 days a Month with a Rotating Schedule!!!
(Biweekly Schedule: work Monday & Tuesday off Wednesday & Thursday work Friday Saturday & Sunday off Monday & Tuesday work Wednesday & Thursday off Friday Saturday & Sunday then the schedule starts over)
Operate stretch blow molding machines and lift equipment inspect and pack rigidplastic PET containers and perform scheduled charting and inspections on machines and associated equipment.
Start and stop stretch blow molding machines to produce quality rigidplastic containers.
Perform routine inspections cleaning & lubricating and/or tightening of machine assembles.
Perform container inspections using test equipment statistical quality methods & visual inspection techniques.
Pack containers into boxes/cartons at designated productionline speeds according to specifications & stack packed cartons to build 4 ft. high units.
Safely operate lift trucks to move materials.
Perform as a responsible team member to maintain a clean safe and effective work environment.
Operate stretch blow molding machines pull seepage apply SPC methodologies for initiating machine adjustments change materials assist in changeovers and identify start and stop of outofspec production (held ware).
Responsible for maintaining and adhering to established Good Manufacturing Procedures (GMP) and Safety Quality Foods (SQF) compliance requirements.
Responsible for adhering to Food Safety Compliance.
