About the Role
The services will be delivered within the Project Support division of a leading energy company supporting various stakeholders and product lines across diverse projects. It plays a key role in the Clients transition to a multienergy company focusing on engineering and EPC service procurement aligned with the OneTech direction.
What Youll Do
As an Offshore Wind Contract Engineer you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development of offshore wind projects by managing procurement processes negotiating contracts and ensuring the successful execution of key activities. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Market Consultation & Contract Negotiation
- Organize and manage market consultations for offshore wind packages including securing capacity reservations when required.
- Prepare tender deliverables administer and oversee calls for tender and qualify suppliers.
- Lead negotiations on contractual terms conditions and variations in agreements.
- Present key outcomes to management and deliver comprehensive documentation including memos presentations and finalized contracts.
2. Procurement Strategy Support
- Develop and consolidate market intelligence and supplier insights specific to the offshore wind industry with a focus on foundation suppliers.
- Facilitate crossdisciplinary workshops involving structural engineers legal experts and project engineers.
- Provide deliverables such as memos and presentations to support procurement strategies.
3. Contract Expertise for Renewables Projects
- Provide contract engineering and expertise coordination during the PreFID (Final Investment Decision) phase of various renewable energy projects.
- Prepare callfortender documents and templates to support project execution.

Qualifications :
- Proficiency in Power BI is welcome.
- Experience in complex construction contracts negotiation.
- Strong contractual background & skills.
- Strong Knowledge in EPC / FIDIC contracts.
- Analytical and synthesis abilities rigor.
- Graduated from an engineering or business school bachelors degree as minimum.
- Fair knowledge of energyrelated challenges and industrial construction techniques.
- Contractual and commercial negotiations with industrial equipment manufacturers and/or major construction project stakeholders.
- Minimum 8/10 years of demonstrated experience in industrial procurement / contracts engineering ideally in the energy sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills ability to work crossfunctionally flexibility.
- Robust understanding of industrial projects in Oil&Gas or Renewables energies.
