Job Description
This role focuses on supporting maintenance and process teams by managing equipment changes and improvements. The responsibilities encompass a range of tasks including analyzing failures and developing solutions modifying equipment to enhance safety and performance and creating design specifications while maintaining system integrity. The role also involves generating documentation for equipment changes leading installations and monitoring new equipment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The main responsibilities include helping teams with software and control design changes analyzing failures and finding solutions to improve equipment safety reliability and performance. The job requires creating design specifications maintaining system integrity and generating equipmentrelated documents.
- The person in this role will lead equipment installations monitor new equipment performance and make necessary adjustments. Key tasks involve studying equipment performance identifying and solving common issues and leading troubleshooting for special problems.
- The role encompasses designing testing and implementing equipment modifications while ensuring safety in all aspects.
- Additionally the person will prepare and execute new machine installations and create maintenance programs to support ongoing operations and improvements.
Qualifications :
REQUIRED:
Bachelor in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
PREFERRED:
Minimum of 3 years experience in similar environment
SKILLS
- Experience in CAD Tools (AutoCAD 3DSolidwork Engineering software) for generating AC & DC circuit diagram wiring diagram component layout design.
- Skillful in Programmable logic control programming (CTC PLC Mitsubishi PLC Siemens PLC) QuickBasic language Adept V & HMI programming for Proface Hakko CTC Quick Panel Mitsubishi GOT
- Experience in interfacing protocol (series communication Ethernet device Networking)
