Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Developer with expertise in Palantir to join our Business Analytics & Insights (BAI) team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design and deliver impactful solutions across various domains including Supply Chain Finance Operations Customer Experience HR Risk Management and Global IT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive technical migration plan involving data ingestion transformation storage and access control using Azure Data Factory and data lake solutions.
- Build scalable and reusable frameworks for efficient data ingestion.
- Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data pipeline by implementing robust validation and cleansing mechanisms.
- Work with eventbased and streaming technologies for realtime data processing.
- Provide technical leadership and support addressing technical challenges and guiding the team during migration and postmigration phases.
- Stay current with advancements in cloud computing data engineering and analytics technologies to recommend best practices and industry standards for data lake implementations.
Qualifications :
- 8 to 10 years of IT experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of handson experience with Palantir.
- Expertise in cloud platforms particularly Azure or Google Cloud.
- Strong background in data modeling and source system analysis.
- Proficiency with PySpark.
- Mastery of SQL.
- Ability to perform data profiling cataloging and mapping for designing and constructing data flows.
- Experience with data visualization and exploration tools.
- Proven ability to provide technical leadership and guidance to teams.
- Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable data science solutions.
- Excellent communication skills capable of conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Effective team player with outstanding interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently delivering highquality results within deadlines.
