Job Description

Embark on a rewarding journey as a Manager on Duty where youll be the linchpin of our guest experience ensuring smooth checkins personalized service and efficient problem resolution. In this pivotal role your leadership will set the tone for our front desk team creating an atmosphere of hospitality and warmth that leaves a lasting impression on every guest.

  • Oversee and assist in the checkin and checkout processes ensuring efficiency accuracy and a welcoming experience for guests.
  • Supervise front desk staff providing guidance training and support to ensure exceptional customer service and adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and manage room reservations ensure accuracy and availability and address discrepancies or special requests.
  • Resolve guest inquiries concerns and issues promptly and professionally maintaining a positive and hospitable atmosphere at the front desk.
  • Coordinate front desk operations during scheduled shifts ensuring appropriate staffing levels task delegation and smooth shift transitions.
  • Act as a communication hub between guests and other hotel departments facilitating effective communication to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions transactions and room availability and generate reports for management analysis and decisionmaking.

Qualifications :

  • 2 years of hotel reception experience preferably in a 4 or 5star hotel
  • Extensive knowledge of Google Applications including Gmail Calendar Tasks etc.
