The objective of this role is to bring seniority and structure to the sales team by leveraging the candidates existing network to improve our lead sourcing methodologies identify opportunities and increase our sales conversion rates. We are looking for an individual that not only has a strong track record leading sales team to reach their targets but also has had previous experience with CRM tools like Salesforce and managing a P&L ensuring a strategic approach to team development and revenue growth.

Qualifications :
Strong leadership experience particularly someone that has had previous experience successfully managing and structuring a sales teams to reach their targets.
While previous music industry experience is preferred we are open to candidates from outside the music industry preferably from other entertainment sectors bringing fresh perspectives and transferable skills.
