Job Description
HR PROCESSES AND TOOLS
In this role youll maintain and further develop HR processes and tools in your area of responsibility under the coordination of your manager.
SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT
Youll also act as first point of contact for questions related to your area of responsibility. Youll ensure incidents coordination and resolution in collaboration with the IT department.
CHANGE MANAGEMENT
On the other hand youll manage enhancement projects and change requests according to Red Bull methodology and standards.
DOCUMENTATION & TRAINING
Last but not least youll maintain tool and process documentation. Youll also provide ondemand trainings for HRIS and HR colleagues.
Qualifications :
Minimum 3 years of professional experience as HRIS specialist preferably gained in international HR projects in an ITinterfacing HR department.
Knowledge and professional experiences on ideally SAP HR / SuccessFactors or another HR IT system.
University degree (Bachelor or Master) with focus on IT HR or any related topics
Experience in project management and application maintenance for organization ideally with regional or international scope.
Ability to work with multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) to address all levels within the HR and other Red Bull departments including presentation and training skills.
Additional Information :
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position which is 2.446 gross per month. However our attractive compensation package is based on marketoriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
