Job Description
System Development
Lead improvements and design of audio recognition and pattern matching systems.
Data Management
Oversee selection annotation and quality control of training and test data.
Testing & QA
Coordinate testing workflows identify bugs and ensure model reliability across instruments.
Collaboration
Manage communications and tasks with internal teams and external partners including translation providers.
User Experience
Develop usercentric features and optimize scoring and feedback to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications :
Passion for music with expertise in audio recognition and pattern recognition.
English fluency (written and oral)
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field or relevant work experience of 23 years in Audio Programming and/ or Machine Learning.
Proven experience in project management especially in tech or AIdriven projects.
Strong skills in data management annotation processes and quality control.
Proficiency in testing workflows QA and bug identification.
Solid understanding of music and audio analysis including MIDI data and sound pattern recognition.
Excellent analytical skills for interpreting data and optimizing models.
Clear and effective communication skills with internal and external teams.
Creative problemsolving abilities for complex technical challenges.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced startup environment.
Additional Information :
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position which is 2.229 gross per month. However our attractive compensation package is based on marketoriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
