Job Description
Company Background:
This company is a newly established manufacturing company located in Senai. They specialize in producing cables for highreliability connectors. As a key player in the global supply chain the company serves various industries including automotive medical healthcare marine telecommunications logistics railway and others. With a strong international presence they operate more than 10 sales outlets worldwide.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee the endtoend logistics operations including inbound and outbound shipments.
- Coordinate with production warehouse and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Manage inventory levels perform regular stock checks and update inventory records accurately.
- Liaise with international freight forwarders and shipping partners to handle export/import documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve delivery efficiency.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any transportation issues.
- Collaborate with customers and suppliers to address logistics concerns and maintain strong relationships.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards safety regulations and company policies in all logistics operations.
- Support the companys global operations by facilitating smooth coordination across its sales outlets and supply chain network.
Job Requirements:
- A degree or diploma in logistics supply chain management or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics or supply chain roles preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and documentation.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and tools.
- Excellent organizational and problemsolving skills.
- Effective communication skills with proficiency in English and Mandarin being an advantage.
- Ability to work in dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Fluent in Chinese (both written and spoken) to deal with the management team in China and ensure smooth communication across teams.
