Job Description
Scope of Works:
1. Read and familiarize project AFC drawings Weld map WPS specifications procedures ITP shop drawings and applicable international codes and standards such as ASME V ASME IX ASME B31.1 ASME B31.3 API 1104 and AWS D1.1;
2. Develop QC Inspection package for the area/ scope of works and get immediate supervisor approval;
3. Witness and endorse WPQT and WQT;
Qualification/Skills:
- Minimum Diploma or Vocational Certificate in relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in oil and gas
- CSWIP Level 3.1/3.2 by The Welding Institute(TWI)
- CWI by American Welding Socieny(AWS)
- Inspection and Testing techniques
- Welding & NDT requirements
- COMPANY Technical Standards (PTS)
- Codes and Specifications: ASME II ASME V ASME VII ASME IX ASME B31.1 ASME B31.3 API 1104 AWS D1.1
- Read and interprets construction drawings
