Job Description
Scope of Works:
- Read and familiarize project AFC drawings specifications procedures ITP shop drawings and applicable international codes and standards such as ASTM ASME B31.1 & B31.3 and API 570 API 5L;
- Develop QC Inspection package for the area/ scope of works and get immediate supervisor approval;
- Perform/ witness quality inspection testing and surveillance (materials receiving fabrication installation & testing) as per the approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) as directed by immediate supervisor;
Qualification/Skills:
- Minimum Diploma or Vocational Certificate in relevant disciplines.
- 28 years of working experience in oil and gas
- Inspection and Testing techniques
- Piping design requirements
- COMPANY Technical Standards (PTS)
- Codes and Specifications: ASTM ASME II ASME B31.1 & B31.3 API 5L API 570
- Read and interpret P&ID Isometric and other construction drawings
- CSWIP Level 3.1/3.2 by The Welding Institute (TWI)
- API 570
