Job Description
Were thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our dynamic closeknit team! In this role youll support our clinicians in delivering exceptional services to our clients ensuring a positive client experience through a variety of activities that help enhance their journey with us. Youll also contribute to fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
As the first point of contact for our clients youll provide assistance and friendly support throughout their experience from initial inquiry to invoicing. Youll be responsible for managing documentation and ensuring the smooth running of the office.
At Living to the Max were passionate about helping our participants achieve their short and longterm goals. While our team may be small were experts in our field and dedicated to providing future clinicians with toptier education and support.
About you:
- Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service
- Strong attention to detail and experience with administrative tasks
- Looking for a fun collaborative and supportive team environment
- Full drivers license and access to a vehicle
- Excited to work alongside some of South Australias best Occupational Therapists
- Previous experience in a Medical or Allied Health setting is a plus
