Job Description
- This role plays a pivotal part in advancing the Finance Transformation strategy across MEAPAC. By streamlining and standardizing financial information systems including implementing a unified chart of accounts and analysis structures this position ensures consistent and efficient operations across all offices.
- Effective management of access rights master data and system processes is critical to maintaining data quality which serves as the foundation for accurate and timely decisionmaking by senior management
- Centralizing systems administration and providing comprehensive support to the Corporate Finance team across MEA APAC.
- Managing and maintaining a single source of truth for master data across all financial systems in the region.
- Leading the implementation of process automation initiatives to drive operational efficiency and business agility.
- Monitoring and ensuring the reliability of system interfaces
- Responsible for system documentation to ensure changes are tracked and wellmaintained to reflect evolving needs and improvements
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or masters degree in finance related fields
- At least 35 years of experience in implementing or system supporting role
- Strong knowledge of SunSystems
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint
- Quick learning on projects and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team player and has strong interpersonal skills
- Very good communication in English (written / spoken)
