This role oversees the seamless onboarding of new hotels into the Accor Pacific Distribution ecosystem. Responsibilities include coordinating the hotel opening process conducting training sessions on Accor applications and implementing centrally defined projects aligned with the Business Digital Tech strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding
- Support hotels throughout the distribution onboarding process.
- Lead the hotel onboarding kickoff call.
- Coordinate the completion of the Accor Content Book and Pricing Book with all stakeholders including the hotel Commercial teams.
- Deliver onsite training sessions for new hotels.
- Provide guidance on Accors standard loading and support procedures
Training
- Train new and existing hotels on Accor apps (current and upcoming).
- Facilitate training on Accor distribution platforms API connectivity and channels for Revenue Management and Reservations teams.
- Collaborate with commercial and support teams to identify training needs.
- Organise and lead Distribution roadshows.
- Conduct regular refresher sessions on key distribution topics including applications CRS concepts and loading guidelines.
Projects
- Implement new distribution and payment solutions.
- Support projects related to Distribution and Technology applications whether integrated with the Accor distribution system or standalone in alignment with Accors strategy.
- Define specifications for any new applications required by the business.
- Ensure applications comply with local legal and fiscal regulations.
- Provide feedback and lessons learned (REX) on digital applications.
Knowledge Management and communication
- Continuously assess existing processes and propose solutions leveraging new technologies and/or applications.
- Assist in the creation of training materials and documentation to ensure effective distribution management and understanding.
- Adhere to and maintain welldocumented processes for all distributionrelated tasks tools and platforms.
- Communicate with hotels regarding new distribution solutions upcoming hotel openings and scheduled refresh sessions.
Qualifications :
- 3 year experience in travel industry. Primarily in hotel reservation front office revenue and other related operational departments as well as online travel agents or connected operators hotel support departments
- A basic knowledge on TARS applications
- Strong understanding of Revenue Management concepts with excellent attention to detail.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with drive ambition and high energy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all team levels.
- Servicefocused with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and contribute positively within a team environment.
- Strong presentation and influencing skills.
