Job Description
We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer specializing in UiPath to join our team in ClujNapoca Romania. As an RPA Developer you will play a crucial role in designing developing and implementing automated solutions to streamline our business processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain RPA solutions using UiPath focusing on process automation and optimization
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation
- Design develop and test RPA workflows and scripts
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation of RPA solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA processes and bots
- Stay uptodate with the latest RPA technologies and best practices
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members on RPA development
- Document RPA processes workflows and technical specifications
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
- 2 years of experience in RPA development with a strong focus on UiPath
- Proficiency in UiPath RPA platform and related tools
- Solid programming skills in languages such as C# and VB.NET
- Experience with SQL and database management
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git)
- Experience in process analysis optimization and workflow design
- UiPath certifications (e.g. UiPath RPA Developer Advanced) preferred
- Understanding of business processes across various industries
- Knowledge of best practices in RPA implementation
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Detailoriented with a strong focus on quality and efficiency
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
