Job Description
YOUR MAIN DUTIES WILL BE:
- Monitor and assess Game Presenters and Game Hosts performance;
- Develop and maintain performance assessment records and data;
- Assure assessment activities comply with related standards and requirements;
- Perform other duties as asked by the direct manager which are related to this position and which meet the qualifications;
- Replace colleagues during their vacations sick leaves and other absences.
Qualifications :
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR :
- 3 months Evo experience for internal employees;
- Secondary education;
- Fluent Turkish and English languages;
- High attention to detail;
- Good spoken and written communication skills;
- Advanced level of computer skills;
- Excellent organizational time management and prioritization skills;
- High sense of responsibility selfconfidence and selfassurance;
- The ability to accurately fulfil the direct management orders and work tasks;
- The ability to work in a team and independently;
- The ability to work in shifts
