Are you ready to take the wheel and drive success Sixt is looking for a Small Medium Enterprise Team Supervisor to manage a team of Small Medium Enterprise hunters and manage day to day operational needs of that team.. They will manage the Sixt business portal by contacting and responding to all leads generated through it. Apply now!

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT 

  • Lead and motivate a team of SME Hunters providing daily guidance and support to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Implement effective sales strategies and action plans from Team Lead to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer preferences to refine sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to close major accounts negotiating terms and conditions to secure business partnerships and contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing operations and finance to ensure seamless coordination and support in achieving sales and account management objectives.
  • Aid in the improvement of the existing sales process and the optimization of everyday routines

YOUR SKILLS MATTER 

  • Experience You have work experience in sales management and can collaborate effectively with other managers and teams
  • Education You have a bachelors degree and are authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Technical Proficiency You are proficient in computer navigation including Microsoft Office Salesforce and other CRMs
  • Soft Skills You demonstrate strong organizational skills can multitask effectively and excel in professional communication
  • Commitment to Excellence You have a demonstrated passion and skill for sales and have a knack for effectively managing a sales team 
  • Availability You are committed to working full time to meet business needs
