The Analyst Social Impact & Sustainability will be responsible for supporting the implementation of a new Corporate Affairs strategy and the successful implementation of commercial engagements with key clients. To deliver on these objectives the analyst will have to demonstrate and/or acquire understanding of Visas business and corporate objectives under Vision 2030. The role covers the CEMEA region which offers a diverse learning experience through an engagement with internal and external stakeholders and partners of Visa both functionally and regionally to ensure program success.
The Role requires a highly motivated selfstarter who is comfortable with ambiguity and eager to identify opportunities to solve problems. Moreover the analyst must be a dynamic team player with exceptional project management skills the ability to structure and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously as well as have experience working regionally or even globally across cultural geographic and time zone boundaries.
Essential Functions:
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 23 set days a week (determined by leadership/site) with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications
2 years of work experience with a bachelors degree
English proficiency required. Arabic or French desired.
Preferred Qualifications
Highly motivated selfstarter who is comfortable with ambiguity and eager to identify opportunities and solve problems
Team player with a willingness to pitch in on a variety of projects and deliver high quality work with excellent attention to detail
Ability to synthesize complex ideas with a passion for developing clear effective and compelling presentations
Demonstrated creative problem solving with ability to collaborate and build consensus across stakeholders
Interest in developing rigorous fact based quantitative analysis to support recommendations.
Great communication and presentation skills
Able to work independently and with broad instructions
Strong teamwork interpersonal & relationshipbuilding skills
Project management experience
Highly proficient in PowerPoint and Excel with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Prior experience in social impact and/or payments preferred

This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and/or stand at a desk communicate in person and by telephone frequently operate standard office equipment such as telephones and computers and reach with hands and arms.
This position requires the Incumbent to be available during core business hours
