Main activities:
- Sending application forms for new and current customers
- Creating quotes
- Sending emails with certification contracts sublicenses to customers
- Analyze compliance of sales documents and send audits to coordination department
- Keep track of pending sales documents that were sent to clients and sending reminders
- Organizing and saving electronic documents
- Assist customers with WQS system questions
- Take incoming phone calls
- Help creating basic reports when requested
- Help coordinating and organizing marketing campaigns training and sales conferences
- Help with market pricing researches
- Help identify potential customers through internet research email them to introduce services and schedule meetings
- Continue to attend technical classes and seminars in order to expand knowledge of services provided by WQS
- Perform other related activities as necessary at the discretion of Management
Up to 5% travel required (mainly for training and conference shadows)
HOURLY RATE: $19
Qualifications :
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer service or sales role
- High School Diploma (Bachelors Degree Preferred)
