Job Description
Role Overview:
As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing and translating business requirements into technical specifications ensuring the effective implementation of datadriven solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of both business processes and data management as well as the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders including business users data engineers and IT professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Requirement Analysis:
Collaborate with business users to understand data migration needs business rules and validation requirements.
Elicit and document detailed data requirements ensuring alignment with business goals.
2. Data Analysis:
Analyze existing data structures and formats in legacy systems.
Conduct data profiling and assessment to identify data quality issues and potential challenges.
3. Data Mapping and Transformation:
Work closely with data engineers and technical teams to map data from source systems to target systems.
4. Documentation:
Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation related to data processes data models and business requirements.
Document data migration requirements mapping specifications and transformation rules.
Facilitate knowledge transfer from project teams to relevant stakeholders for ongoing maintenance and support.
5. Collaboration:
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including business users developers and data scientists to achieve project goals.
Monitor resource utilization and adjust allocation as needed to meet project objectives.
Requirements
In this role you will need to:
5 years of experience in the IT industry.
Bachelor s degree in Information Technology/Business Analytics or related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in data management projects.
Should have done projects with customer facing roles.
Strong understanding of data modeling mapping and transformation processes.
Proficiency in SQL and data querying.
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite Business intelligence tools (Tableau PowerBi)
Experience in Customer Lifecycle Management Customer Segmentation Campaign Management Digital Journey and Engagement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Selfmotivated with a cando attitude curiosity and willingness to learn.
Comfortable working in unstructured environments.
