Job Description
- Collaborate with the Planning team to deliver the production schedule.
- Consolidate the data from the Planning and Production team to update the report daily and weekly
- Collaborate with the Warehouse and Production team to check the status of material inventory.
- Daily Monitor production schedule of Planning team and coordinate with concerning sections in production to solve the issues to make sure the orders are delivered on time as planned.
- Working with the Planning and Production team to support urgent/priority orders for customer requirements as lead time agreement.
- Some other tasks related.
Qualifications :
- Proactive at work.
- Hardworking
- Good analytical mathematical organizational verbal and written communication skills and detailoriented
- Understanding of applicable computer systems such as Microsoft Office and function specific software. Especially Excel in advance.
- Ability to interface with crossfunctional groups to define and execute overall requirements.
