Job Title: Account Manager & Project Manager

The Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic Account Manager & Project Manager who can seamlessly blend client charm with operational efficiency. This clientfacing role requires charisma professionalism and exceptional organizational skills. As the primary point of contact for our clients you’ll manage timelines oversee deliverables and ensure flawless collaboration between teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Build strong lasting relationships with clients serving as their trusted point of contact throughout the design process. Ensure satisfaction drive engagement and deliver the signature Funkit experience.
- Project Management: Develop and maintain project timelines manage deliverables and balance client expectations with internal deadlines for seamless execution.
- Procurement Oversight: Oversee purchasing processes to ensure design plans come to life without a hitch. Collaborate with our staging partner Launched Host to coordinate installations and achieve toptier results.
- Team Collaboration: Act as the bridge between clients interior designers and external partners. Facilitate smooth communication and ensure project execution from kickoff to completion.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline project management and enhance the client experience as we scale to handle 16 clients per month.

Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in account management project management or a similar clientfacing role.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Proven leadership abilities with a knack for motivating and coordinating teams.
- Familiarity with interior design procurement or hospitality is a strong advantage.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and clients in a fastpaced environment.
