As a Senior Marketing Manager you will be the key driver of our clients growth and profitability in the DirecttoConsumer (DTC) ecommerce space. The roles primary objective is to drive significant revenue growth while maintaining profitability. This position will also be responsible for leading and building a team of marketing operations professionals managing the P&L of the DTC business and optimizing paid traffic channels including Meta Ads Google Ads Email Marketing AppLovin TikTok Ads and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
Revenue Growth: Achieve ambitious revenue growth targets set by the company.
Profitability: Maintain profitability targets established by the business.
Team Expansion: Grow the Marketing Operations team from current headcount to target capacity.
Product Launch Success: Achieve key product launch goals for major initiatives.
Conversion Rate: Achieve a conversion rate improvement on key landing pages.
Return on Ad Spend (ROAS): Achieve improved ROAS across paid media channels (Meta Ads Google Ads and TikTok Ads).

Current team size: Core marketing operations team.
Target team size: Expand to meet business growth needs.
Team Leadership: Lead coach and mentor a team of Marketing Operators scaling the team as required. Hire onboard and train new marketing operators to meet team capacity goals.
Revenue Growth: Drive DirecttoConsumer revenue growth through paid traffic strategies and CRO.
Paid Traffic Management: Oversee paid traffic initiatives including Meta Ads Google Ads Email Marketing TikTok Ads and AppLovin to maximize performance and ROI.
P&L Ownership: Take full accountability for the DTC P&L including managing advertising budgets and ensuring profitable unit economics.
SOP Development: Develop lean and integritydriven Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and dashboards for the Marketing Operations team. The goal is to reduce operational errors and increase team efficiency.
Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work with the Influencer Marketing team Community Manager and Video Editors to generate creative assets for paid media campaigns. Facilitate crossteam creative review sessions to optimize paid media performance.
Succession Planning: Build successors by nurturing internal talent and ensuring longterm team stability.
Operational Improvements: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance marketing operations efficiency.
Strategic Advisory: Provide strategic advice to senior leadership on paid traffic initiatives and new advertising channels.
MustHave Requirements
Education & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a related field. No specific certification is required but the candidate must demonstrate strong actionoriented thinking (HOW) and strategic thinking (WHY) in decisionmaking.
Professional Experience: 57 years of experience in senior marketing roles with a strong track record in DTC ecommerce marketing.Proven experience in senior marketing roles with a track record in DTC ecommerce marketing.
Technical Skills: Handson experience with Meta Ads Google Ads Email Marketing AppLovin TikTok Ads and CRO tools.
Candidate Type: PlugandPlay candidate only; no room for potential candidates with no practical experience.
Tools & Platforms: Proficiency in platforms such as Google Analytics Shopify and performance measurement dashboards.
