This role is central to optimizing our lead generation processes by leveraging data tools segmenting audiences and ensuring our sales messaging reaches the right people. The ideal candidate will have experience with industrystandard tools and a strong ability to bridge the gap between data and effective sales outreach.
Key Responsibilities
**Data Management & Segmentation**: Analyze clean and manage data for outbound campaigns. Segment audiences based on industry company size growth triggers and other attributes. Identify and enrich prospect lists using tools like ZoomInfo Prospeo Clay.com and similar platforms.
**Industry Expertise**: Understand attributes and trends across various industries to optimize prospect targeting. Translate industry insights into actionable audience segmentation.
**Technical Proficiency**: Utilize APIs webhooks and web sing tools to automate and enrich data workflows. Write scripts and conditional formatting to enhance efficiency within Clay.com or similar platforms. Prompt large language models (LLMs) effectively to refine workflows and generate insights.
**Sales Messaging Collaboration**: Partner with the sales team to align audience targeting with messaging strategies. Occasionally develop or refine sales messaging to ensure alignment with data insights. Translate value propositions into audiencespecific messaging and vice versa.
**Manual Prospecting**: Dedicate time to manually researching and identifying ideal prospects on LinkedIn and other platforms. Leverage manual processes to complement automated tools for highly targeted outreach.
**Process Development**: Build and document scalable and efficient data workflows. Continuously improve processes and share best practices with the team.
**Independent Work**: Operate as a selfstarter taking the initiative to improve tools and workflows. Work independently once processes are established while maintaining regular communication with the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience with data tools such as **Clay.com** **ZoomInfo** **Prospeo** or equivalent platforms.
Strong understanding of audience segmentation and industry attributes.
Experience with APIs webhooks and web sing (Python or similar languages is a plus).
Proficiency in writing scripts and using conditional formatting to improve tool efficiency.
Familiarity with prompting LLMs (e.g. ChatGPT) for enhanced data insights.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Experience with LinkedIn and other platforms for manual prospecting.
