Job Description
Are you a highly motivated Business Analyst with a passion for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions Were looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of our web applications.
- Own the Project Lifecycle: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams throughout the entire project lifecycle from inception to completion.
- Lead and Supervise: Oversee project activities ensuring successful execution and delivery.
- Analyze and Optimize: Analyze evaluate and control assigned tasks identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
- Gather and Define Requirements: Elicit and analyze requirements from various departments creating clear and comprehensive project documentation.
- Collaborate and Brainstorm: Coordinate with development teams thirdparty vendors and other stakeholders to develop innovative solutions for changing requirements.
- Drive Business Process Improvement: Enable planning and analysis of business processes designing efficient workflows.
- Plan and Deploy: Plan project deployments and manage IT environment changes to meet project objectives.
What We Value:
- 4 years of experience as a BA in web application development.
- Strong communication presentation and persuasion skills.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to effectively gather and analyze requirements.
- Must be fluent in English and Vietnamese. Additional language skills are a plus.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with Crypto and Blockchain technologies.
- Knowledge of Design and Modeling Tools Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with Jira.
