Job Description
Product Owner Driving Innovation and Growth
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to lead the strategy development and execution of our product roadmap. This critical role will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization to deliver exceptional products that align with our business objectives and exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Shape Product Vision: Define and champion a compelling product vision and roadmap aligned with company goals incorporating market trends and customer insights.
- Strategic Backlog Management: Own and prioritize the product backlog crafting detailed user stories epics and acceptance criteria that guide development efforts.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Serve as the central point of contact between business stakeholders development teams and other departments facilitating effective communication and resolving conflicts.
- Drive Feature Development: Oversee the entire product development lifecycle from ideation to release ensuring quality and timely delivery of valuable features. This includes conducting user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Market Analysis & Insights: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and prioritize product enhancements.
- DataDriven Performance Monitoring: Define track and analyze key product metrics (KPIs) to measure success and inform future roadmap decisions.
- Agile Process Optimization: Continuously refine Agile/Scrum processes to maximize team efficiency and product delivery promoting transparency and clear communication.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 36 years of experience as a Product Owner Business Analyst or a similar role in a technologydriven environment. A proven track record of delivering successful digital or physical products is essential.
- Strong proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira Confluence or Figma.
- Solid understanding of software development processes and lifecycle.
- Experience with data analytics tools and techniques is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to present ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
