Job Description
Key responsibilities
- This is a fulltime onsite role for a German Customer Service (Manila Voice / Cebu Chat) representative at Neusoft Cloud Technology in Manila and Cebu site.
- The role involves providing customer support ensuring customer satisfaction maintaining phone etiquette and delivering excellent customer service on a daily basis.
Qualifications & Desired Skills
- Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Phone Etiquette and Customer Service expertise
- Experience in enhancing Customer Experience
- Strong communication skills in German Oral and written
- Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
- Previous experience in a customer service role
