For our entity in Olesno we are currently looking for candidates for the position of:
Specialist Production Scheduling
(we are looking for several candidates)
Responsibilities in this role:
- creation of short and longterm production plans guaranteeing timely realization of orders based on orders and sales forecasts
- verifying the availability of resources both human and raw material needed for effective production planning
- supervising the timely execution of production plans and ongoing updating of production schedules
- managing and update data in systems supporting production management
- performing analyses reports and compilations necessary for optimal production planning
- liaising with production purchasing and logistics sales and marketing departments to receive information on orders and orders
Required Skills Abilities and Qualifications:
- minimum secondary education (preferably higher education majored in economics mathematics statistics logistics)
- knowledge of English at the level of min. B2
- proficiency in MS Office in particular MS Excel (advanced excel skills intermediate is a minimum)
- analytical skills
- ability to cooperate in a team
- communication and interpersonal skills
- systematic approach to work and commitment to deadlines
- experience in a manufacturing company and knowledge of ERP systems will be an assets
