Job Description

As our UK Head of Sales youll play a pivotal role in driving Grantifys growth by leading inspiring and optimising our UK sales function. This role focuses on direct coaching and development of team members fostering a datadriven approach and collaborating across departments to enhance our sales strategy and processes.

Your Mission

As UK Head of Sales your mission is to:

  • Coach and Develop the Team: Dedicate 1015 hours per week to handson coaching empowering Regional Heads of Growth (RHOGs) and Account Managers to achieve their individual and team KPIs.
  • Achieve Revenue Growth: Consistently meet and exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales targets within the UK market.
  • Optimise Sales Processes: Use a datadriven approach to refine customer acquisition and retention strategies addressing customer concerns and objections early in the process.
  • Foster Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments including marketing and the US sales team to align initiatives and streamline client onboarding.
  • Drive Customer Excellence: Ensure a consultative valuedriven sales approach that builds lasting customer relationships.
  • Support Leadership: Constructively challenge leadership to enhance strategies and processes while driving exceptional results.

Who You Are

  • Experienced Sales Leader: Proven track record in coaching and managing sales teams particularly in a handson capacity.
  • Fast SMB Sales Cycle Experience: Demonstrated success in managing and excelling in fast SMB sales cycles where quick decisionmaking and agility are critical.
    • If your expertise lies primarily in enterprise sales cycles which often involve longer timelines this role may not be the right fit.
  • DataDriven and DetailOriented: Skilled in using CRM tools and analytics to inform decisions and optimize sales strategies.
  • Collaborative Team Player: Able to work effectively with a young dynamic team and across departments.
  • Adaptable and Constructive: Comfortable challenging leadership constructively and working in a junior capacity compared to previous roles.
  • Cultural Fit: Energetic loyal and patient with the ability to connect with a team.

Your Background

  • Extensive experience in coaching and mentoring sales teams ideally within B2B environments.
  • Proven ability to deliver results in fast SMB sales cycles understanding the speed volume and agility required for success in this environment.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and analytics to monitor and enhance sales performance.
  • Exceptional communication and relationshipbuilding skills.

Hiring Process

  1. Screening Interview with a member of our Talent Team (30 minutes).
  2. Video Interview with our Interim UKHead ofSales (30 minutes).
  3. Final Interview/Presentation with our CEO &Fractional UK Head of Sales(60 minutes).
