Job Description

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with Top Workplace tech business outsourcing companywho is looking to hire an Inside Sales Representative.As an Inside Sales Representative this role will promotea worldclass business marketing tool onthe EMEA market.

Position: Inside Sales Representative

Location: DublinRepublic of Ireland

Work model: Hybrid 2 days in the office

Employment type: Fulltime

Remuneration: Base salary bonus

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proactively reach out to potential customers through various channels including email campaigns cold calls and social media outreach.
  • Research and qualify leads to establish a strong sales pipeline.
  • Drive business growth by effectively communicating the value of Mailchimps solutions and successfully closing sales.
  • Manage and prioritize a pipeline of opportunities ensuring timely followups and accurate tracking of progress.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales tactics to optimize lead conversion and revenue generation.
  • Identify upselling opportunities to increase product usage and deepen account relationships.
  • Build and nurture strong business relationships with clients positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Promote the clients products and services generating interest and raising awareness among potential customers.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Native/fluent in English (C1)with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
    • At least 12 months of experience in outbound sales ideally within the SaaS or IT services industry.
    • Previous experience with software vendors SaaS or system integrators is highly preferred.
    • Strong skills in prospecting discovery and delivering presentations.
    • A solutionsfocused approach with a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences.
    • A collaborative team player with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Techsavvy with a strong passion for innovative technology solutions.
    • Selfmotivated adaptable and decisive capable of excelling in a fastpaced environment.
    • Skilled at clearly communicating technical and business value propositions via phone and email.
    • Strong presentation skills.
