TheDigitalBusinessAnalystwillbemainlyresponsibleforsupportingthedigitaldeliveryanrationondifferentdigitalprojectsandfeaturesacrossthegrowingdigitallandscape.
WorkingcloselywiththeseniordigitalmanagerandstakeholdersfromdifferentdepartmentstounderstandthebusinessrequirementsofdigitalprojectstosupportfortheprojectdeliveryandtoprovideserviceleveloperationalsupportaftertheprojectsbeingdeliveredtherolewillbeinvolvedininsprintmanagementprojectUATprojectdeliveryanrationalsupportaimingtohelpmanageandsupportdigitalprojectsacrossdifferentstakeholdersbothinternallyandexternally.
TheDigitalSupportAnalystwillberesponsiblefor:
- Work closely with the senior digital manager to help on the project management and delivery
- Workcloselywiththeprojectstakeholderstounderstandprojectrequirements
- ComanageJiraticketsacrossdifferentdigitalprojects
- ComanageConfluencepagesacrossdifferentdigitalprojects
- HelpwithUATacrossdifferentdigitalprojects
- HelpwithBAUsupportacrossdifferentdigitalprojects
- Beavailableforsprintmanagementwhenneeded.
