DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and nurture longterm relationships with current clients providing them with optimal service solutions.
- Monitor client satisfaction levels gather feedback and implement improvements where necessary.
- Stay informed on industry trends and developments.
- Present products and services to clients showcasing their value and benefits.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues escalating to the appropriate department when needed.
- Ensure both your organization and clients comply with the terms and conditions of contracts.
- Understand client goals and work collaboratively to meet their objectives and targets.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in French (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication as well asEnglish fluency.
- A degree in Economics Business or a related field.
- Minimum of two years experience in Client Relationship Sales Business Development or Customer Support within the Forex industry.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and financial instruments.
- Familiarity with both technical and fundamental analysis.
- Exceptional copywriting abilities.
- Knowledge of key events event parameters and profile factors relevant to our industry.
- Highly selfmotivated with a strong drive to achieve.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
