Your Mission
As our new Senior Product Manager youll take on a pivotal role in shaping the future of our brand new public procurement platform. Leading the product strategy and roadmap for your cluster of four Scrum development teams you will ensure our new SaaS platform achieves productmarket fit. Working closely with the commercial department youll align business goals with innovative solutions that create real value for our users.
Reporting directly to the Product Director youll be part of a dynamic and collaborative Product & Tech organization. Youll work alongside highly skilled professionals across development design and product management in an international and inclusive environment driving forward the vision for a transformative and userfocused platform.
Core Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision: Collaborate with the Product Director to define and communicate a clear product vision strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals for the platform.
Team Leadership & Development: Lead mentor and manage Product Owners fostering professional growth collaboration and a highperforming team culture.
Requirement Definition & Oversight: Translate product strategies into actionable requirements (Epics) in close collaboration with Architects UX Designers and other stakeholders while overseeing highquality deliverables across teams.
Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the primary liaison between leadership stakeholders and the Product team to ensure alignment of priorities and goals.
Metrics & Agile Practices: Define and track key product metrics to measure success while championing Agile and SAFe principles to drive continuous improvement and collaboration.
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience in a Senior Product Manager Product Lead or comparable role within an Agile/SAFe environment ideally in a B2B SaaS setting.
A university degree in Business Computer Science Engineering or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
A history of successfully managing and mentoring Product Owners or crossfunctional teams with a demonstrated ability to deliver customercentric solutions that achieve business outcomes.
Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum SAFe) and expertise with backlog management tools such as Jira.
Fluency in English plus proficiency in another customer language such as Danish Norwegian Swedish Finnish or Dutch; knowledge of public procurement is an advantage.
