Job Description
Job Posting: AZ Driver
Location: York ON
Wage: $27/hour

Responsibilities:
- Operate and drive company vehicles to Sudbury and back (daily trips no overnight stays).
- Haul biosolids and other materials safely and efficiently.
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and regulations while on duty.
- Conduct pretrip and posttrip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
- Complete and maintain accurate records of transportation activities including delivery tickets logs and inspection reports.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients providing updates on delivery schedules and addressing any issues.
- Assist in the training and mentorship of junior drivers as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle and promptly report any maintenance needs to the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Valid AZ driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- 3 years of AZ driving experience.
- Proficiency in driving an 18speed manual transmission.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
