Are you passionate about supporting teams fostering growth and creating seamless HR processes Haztech is looking for a dynamic HR Coordinator to join our team. This role is key in ensuring our workforce thrives in a supportive organized and compliant environment.
As an HR Coordinator at Haztech you will:
- Recruit Talent: Assist in sourcing screening and onboarding top talent to meet organizational needs.
- Coordinate Training Programs: Support the planning and execution of employee training sessions ensuring all team members have access to development opportunities.
- Maintain HR Records: Keep employee files uptodate and accurate ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Employee Support: Be a goto resource for employees addressing questions about policies benefits and workplace concerns.
- HR Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and refinement of HR policies and practices to align with best industry standards.
- Promote Workplace Culture: Support initiatives that foster a positive inclusive and productive workplace.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A postsecondary diploma or degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience in an HR or administrative role with knowledge of recruitment onboarding and HR practices.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities and occasional travel as needed.
- A valid driver’s license and clear criminal record check.
