£20000 base salary (depending on experience)
£40000 £50000 OTE
Monday Friday every Saturday with a day off in lieu with Saturday wokring decreasing
Job Description :
Are you a motivated individual seeking an exciting opportunity in Property Join our client a well established estate agency in Grays Essex.
Your Role :
You will be helping the business grow through effective handling of warm customer enquiries. You will be liaising with customers who wish to sell/let their property.
You will often be the first point of contact for many of our customers and as such should provide a seamless customer service experience by providing exceptional service for our customers.
Requirements :
- If new to property eager to learn and be successful in the industry
- Handling large volumes of calls (inbound and outbound) from/to customers offering a seamless service promoting all services.
- Able to build effective relationships with customers over a period of time until they are ready to sell/let their property. You'll have a passion for looking after your future client base.
- To ask relevant and appropriate questions of the customer in order to identify and maximise sales opportunities
